Its that time of year again. The Annual Disney BOGOF offer starts today and a lot of the usual suspects are running with offer, while at the same time upping their prices to £15 for one DVD. I guess this is to be expected, after all that still works out at around £7.50 per dvd doesn’t it - still a bargain.

I’ve been waiting for this set to drop below £20 since it was released and today the DVD Bargain Alerts Pricewatch system didn’t disappoint me. The email informing me that my target price of £20 had been reached arrived at 5pm today. Never mind that this was a significantly shortened series thanks to last years writers strike, its still a must have for me and at £19.90 from Woolies I’m more than happy to add it to my collection.

The only difference between this and the 80GB model is the size of the hard disk, and the fact that the Controller shipped with the 40GB doesn’t have rumble capability. However upgrading the Hard disk to 160GB and more is a piece of cake and can be done separately at a later time, and you can always put the Dualshock 3 on your Christmas List.
